THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY
- Assist attorneys in managing the Trademark Enforcement program
- Manage Marketplace watches, web for infringements, gathering evidence on bad actors
- Takedown demand and cease and desist notices
- Filing with UDRP and USR domain name disputes
- Filing with TTAB, supporting oppositions and cancellations
- Docketing the Disputes (they use WebTMS but are open to other systems)
- Work with attorneys to develop best practices and procedures, including reporting on developments in enforcement trends and practices
- Meeting client-specific enforcement needs
- Compiling and generating reports and metrics on enforcement activities
- Based in San Francisco, this is a distinguished boutique full service Intellectual Property firm

- Minimum 3-10 years of experience as a trademark enforcement paralegal in a law firm or in-house legal department
- Bachelor's degree or ABA paralegal certificate preferred
- Knowledge of trademark and copyright infringement
- Excellent writing, communication skills & attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- WebTMS or other docketing system experience
