Social Media Coordinator

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY
Lead the firm’s social media and employee advocacy programs, reporting to the Head of Communications
Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel strategies to elevate brand visibility and reputation
Collaborate with design, marketing, and BD teams to align campaigns with broader firm objectives
Curate and publish content that engages the firm’s innovation-driven audience and strengthens its market position
Monitor and engage with online communities, proposing responses and fostering relationships with influencers and stakeholders
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance to inform strategy and optimize campaigns
Support training of junior team members, ensuring consistent excellence across platforms

4+ years of relevant social media or digital communications experience, ideally in legal or professional services
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven expertise managing professional social media accounts for sophisticated brands
Proficiency with Canva, Figma, and analytics platforms (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.); Mailchimp experience a plus
Understanding of corporate communications, media relations, and crisis strategies
Preferred: video editing skills, SEO and digital marketing knowledge, and familiarity with brand guidelines
