Senior Litigation Paralegal

This role is based in Los Angeles, CA and requires working on-site four days per week. It offers the opportunity to work directly with experienced litigators on complex, high-profile matters, gaining broad exposure across all phases of litigation. THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Compiles and organizes documents to support discovery, motions practice, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
- Coordinates, organizes, and manages large-scale document collections
- Monitors court dockets for assigned cases and manages internal case files
- Bluebooks, cite-checks, and proofreads court filings and legal memoranda
- Conducts factual research and prepares written summaries of compiled information
- Coordinates with vendors and litigation support on all aspects of eDiscovery
- Prepares deposition notices and subpoenas; organizes, maintains, and prepares witness interview and deposition materials, exhibits, and summaries
- Assists with drafting pleadings and motions, including gathering and organizing exhibits, e-filing court documents, and coordinating service of process
- Supports all aspects of trial preparation and attends trial as needed
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of complex litigation paralegal experience; IP litigation experience a plus
- Willingness and flexibility to work overtime, occasionally on short notice
- Experience with litigation support software and review platforms, such as Relativity and Adobe Acrobat Pro, preferred
- Familiarity with electronic filing in federal and state courts preferred
- Strong cite-checking, proofreading, and Bluebooking skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and track extensive information
- Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels, while handling confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating initiative, diplomacy, and tact under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred
