Senior Conflicts Analyst

Status: Full-Time
Location: San Francisco, Seattle, Denver, San Diego (Hybrid – 3x a week in office)

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY

  • Analyze and resolve complex conflict checks for new matters, clients, and lateral hires

  • Conduct corporate research to assess potential conflicts

  • Prepare comprehensive conflict reports and summarize key issues

  • Draft conflict waivers, engagement letters, and ethical screens

  • Communicate directly with attorneys and partners to investigate and clear issues

  • Maintain accurate conflict resolution records 

  • Train and mentor colleagues and provide conflict clearance guidance to legal staff

BACKGROUND PROFILE

  • 5+ years of experience in a law firm or legal environment; 3+ years in conflicts/intake

  • Proficiency in IntApp Open

  • Strong understanding of ABA and California Rules of Professional Conduct

  • Skilled in legal and corporate research with strong attention to detail
