THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY
- Lead the strategy, execution, and management of large-scale, strategic RFP/RFI responses, ensuring high-quality, timely submissions.
- Oversee the firm’s global panel development program, including maintaining relationships with panel members, tracking panel performance, and ensuring alignment with firm objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including practice group leaders and senior management, to gather key information and insights to incorporate into proposals.
- Develop and maintain best practices for proposal development, including templates, content libraries, and proposal submission processes.
- Ensure that proposals are compliant with firm guidelines and meet client needs and expectations.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a business development or proposal management role, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale proposals and RFP/RFI responses.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM and proposal management software is a plus.
