Strategic Pricing Analyst

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY
Develop pricing proposals and budgets in response to client RFPs and informal pricing requests
Provide strategic insight to support profitable and client-aligned pricing solutions
Draft professional, persuasive pricing language for written proposals
Conduct financial modeling and data analysis to support firmwide pricing initiatives
Extract, interpret, and summarize financial and matter-level data for stakeholders
Communicate with attorneys and firm leadership to align pricing strategies with client expectations and firm goals
Support rate negotiations and implementation of alternative fee arrangements

BACKGROUND PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related business discipline
2–3+ years of experience in financial analysis, professional services, or legal pricing
Advanced Excel skills required; proficiency in PowerPoint and Outlook essential
Experience with SQL a plus
Strong financial modeling, data interpretation, and presentation skills
