Job Description

Our client, a well-capitalized and rapidly expanding biotech company, is looking for a Biostatistician Leader to join their dynamic clinical development organization. This role offers a compelling opportunity to help drive statistical strategy and support the advancement of a diverse portfolio of therapeutic programs.

You’ll play a key role in guiding clinical study design, leading statistical analysis efforts, and collaborating across functions to ensure rigorous, data-driven decisions throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee statistical methodologies for clinical trials
  • Draft and validate statistical analysis plans (SAPs)
  • Engage closely with internal stakeholders and CRO partners
  • Provide strategic insight to clinical program planning and execution

Qualifications:

  • PhD in Biostatistics or Statistics with 3+ years of experience in a clinical research setting
  • Solid expertise in clinical trial methodology and regulatory standards
  • Skilled in advanced statistical approaches (e.g., mixed models, Bayesian frameworks)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to work onsite at least three days per week
