We’re at a pivotal inflection point and actively seeking a dynamic Life Science/Biotech Recruiter who is both entrepreneurial and collaborative, ready to take on house accounts, expand our client base, and contribute meaningfully to our growth. What You’ll Do:
Lead full-cycle recruiting for Biotechnology roles
Build and manage client relationships—grow house accounts and bring in new business
Own your pipeline with the support of a highly collaborative team
Partner with experienced leadership and help shape the future direction of the firm

Who You Are:
3+ years of experience in Life Science/Biotech sales industry, recruiting, or both
Proven success in both business development and candidate placement
