THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Prepare and prosecute patent applications for diverse life sciences clients
- Perform IP strategy and portfolio management activities, helping to shape and implement clients’ worldwide portfolios
- Interact with R&D teams to help identify untapped IP
COMPANY PROFILE:
- AmLaw 100 law firm with several global offices; headquartered in Silicon Valley
- Known for providing quality counsel to leading life sciences and technology companies for the past four decades+
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- Ph.D. in Chemistry or Life Sciences
- USPTO Registration
- 3-15 years of proven legal experience with IP strategy and portfolio management
