Litigation Support Services Manager
Industry: Legal – Litigation Support
Location: Remote (must be local to Washington, D.C., or San Francisco office)
THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY
- Manage and coordinate a firm-wide team of litigation support analysts and professionals to ensure efficient and cost-effective litigation support.
- Oversee the implementation and use of litigation technologies, including document review tools (e.g., Relativity, Nuix Discover), transcript management systems, and case management software.
- Collaborate with the eDiscovery Project Managers to plan, design, and maintain litigation databases, providing estimates and advice on document inventory and data culling techniques.
- Supervise a substantial team of litigation support staff across US offices, ensuring high performance, equitable workload distribution, and compliance with firm policies.
- Build and maintain relationships with litigation support vendors, negotiating services and monitoring costs and quality.
- Support the design and delivery of training on litigation support technologies for attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
- Stay current on industry developments and propose solutions to complex case challenges.

BACKGROUND PROFILE
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 5+ years of litigation support management experience within an AMLAW 100 firm or equivalent.
- 2+ years in a supervisory role managing litigation support teams.
- Experience with multiple document review tools, case management systems, and eDiscovery workflows.
- Proficiency in document inventory, deduplication, and data culling techniques.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Ability to uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive client and firm information.
