Litigation Support Services Manager

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY

  • Manage and coordinate a firm-wide team of litigation support analysts and professionals to ensure efficient and cost-effective litigation support.
  • Oversee the implementation and use of litigation technologies, including document review tools (e.g., Relativity, Nuix Discover), transcript management systems, and case management software.
  • Collaborate with the eDiscovery Project Managers to plan, design, and maintain litigation databases, providing estimates and advice on document inventory and data culling techniques.
  • Supervise a substantial team of litigation support staff across US offices, ensuring high performance, equitable workload distribution, and compliance with firm policies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with litigation support vendors, negotiating services and monitoring costs and quality.
  • Support the design and delivery of training on litigation support technologies for attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
  • Stay current on industry developments and propose solutions to complex case challenges.

BACKGROUND PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 5+ years of litigation support management experience within an AMLAW 100 firm or equivalent.
  • 2+ years in a supervisory role managing litigation support teams.
  • Experience with multiple document review tools, case management systems, and eDiscovery workflows.
  • Proficiency in document inventory, deduplication, and data culling techniques.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage vendor relationships effectively.
  • Ability to uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive client and firm information.
