Senior Paralegal, Supreme Court & Appellate

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY

• Provide advanced paralegal support across all stages of litigation, from initiation through appeals

• Assist in courtroom proceedings, depositions, and oral arguments

• Organize and track witness files, exhibits, and argument preparation materials

• Draft, proofread, cite-check, and electronically file briefs, motions, and pleadings in compliance with court rules

• Communicate with court clerks and coordinate service of process and courtesy copies

• Assemble and review appellate appendices and exhibits

• Support attorneys with trial preparation, including courtroom presentation software and testimony coordination

• Manage deposition and trial logistics in collaboration with litigation support teams

BACKGROUND PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Minimum 5 years of substantive litigation paralegal experience

• Strong knowledge of state and federal civil procedure and appellate practice

• Expertise in cite-checking, Bluebooking, proofreading, and court filing protocols
• Availability to work overtime as needed
