Risk Analyst, Audit Letters

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY
Review incoming audit letter requests to ensure compliance with ABA guidelines and firm policies
Draft and review audit letter responses, including year-end and update letters, for attorney review
Conduct timekeeper polls, track responses, and coordinate with attorneys regarding disclosures
Work with partners, reviewers, and the Audit Letter Committee to ensure responses meet all requirements
Assist with annual training on audit letter processes and help update policies and procedures
Track and review time entries in IntApp for accuracy and timeliness

BACKGROUND PROFILE
3+ years of law firm experience in conflicts, legal research, paralegal support, or related audit letter processes
Knowledge of ABA guidelines, specifically paragraph 5 of the ABA Statement of Policy on audit letters
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn IntApp, Contract Express, and other firm systems
Preferred: bachelor’s degree, paralegal certificate, and prior experience with corporate legal research
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities
