IP Conflicts Analyst

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY
Analyze and process IP-related conflict requests to ensure compliance with business and ethical obligations
Prepare database search terms, run bulk searches, and create conflicts reports for related parties
Review patent prosecution requests, focusing on subject matter and technology issues
Conduct corporate research to confirm party identities and flag potential conflicts
Draft conflict waivers, engagement letters, and implement ethical screens as needed
Collaborate with partners, attorneys, and the IP conflicts team to propose solutions and facilitate clearances

BACKGROUND PROFILE
2+ years of conflicts and/or IP-related experience
Proficiency with IntApp Open, Contract Express, and research databases
Familiarity with ABA and California Rules of Professional Conduct
Bachelor’s degree
