Senior Trademark Paralegal

Location: San Francisco or Los Angeles (Hybrid)
THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY
- Manage U.S. and international trademark portfolios, ensuring accuracy and timely prosecution
- Prepare and file trademark applications and maintenance documents with the USPTO
- Initiate and coordinate foreign filings with local trademark agents
- Monitor and track deadlines; maintain docket entries and filing statuses
- Conduct preliminary trademark searches and assist with clearance and enforcement matters
- Prepare due diligence reports and trademark-related summaries for attorneys and clients
- Communicate directly with clients regarding application status, deadlines, and required actions
- Organize and maintain trademark files and related correspondence

BACKGROUND PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of relevant trademark paralegal experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work overtime and travel occasionally, as required
