Senior Paralegal, Mergers & Acquisitions

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY
Support attorneys in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, and strategic investments
Conduct due diligence, manage data rooms, and track transaction progress
Draft key documents, signature packets, working group lists, and SEC filings
Form merger subs, prepare cap tables, and assist with post-closing tasks and integration
Maintain M&A library materials and activity reports; assist with newsletters and internal communications
Serve as a liaison with clients, opposing counsel, and external advisors

BACKGROUND PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of substantive M&A paralegal experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, iManage, and firm-specific platforms (training provided)
Availability to work overtime as needed
Client-service orientation with a proactive approach to transactional support
