Marketing and Events Coordinator

Location: San Francisco, Palo Alto, or Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Coordinate seminars, webinars, CLEs, and social events, including logistics, materials, RSVPs, and post-event reporting
Provide onsite support at events as needed
Assist with pitches and RFPs, including drafting bios and proofreading
Track business development efforts in internal databases
Coordinate marketing collateral, invitations, and client alerts
Conduct basic market research and collaborate with the Marketing Research Team
Manage sponsorship deliverables and deadlines
Support internal group meetings, agendas, and follow-ups
Handle invoice processing and reimbursement for BD expenses
Collegial, collaborative, and high-performing business development team
Hybrid schedule – Mondays and Fridays remote

Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred)
2+ years of experience in event or marketing coordination
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
Tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Office; familiarity with marketing or CRM platforms a plus
