THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY
- As part of the Patent Prosecution team, you will help shape and implement clients’ worldwide IP portfolios and be a strategic contributor to the firm's IP and business development efforts
- You will interact with R&D teams to help identify untapped IP and secure protections on existing inventions
- You will draft, prosecute, and maintain clients’ worldwide patent portfolios
- Lead or contribute to technology and patentability assessments

BACKGROUND PROFILE
- Ph.D. in chemistry or life sciences, USPTO Registration preferred
- 2 - 20 years experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications required
- 2 - 20 years proven experience with IP strategy and portfolio management
- Strong technical background in chemistry, engineering, computer science, or the life sciences
