Conflicts Staff Attorney

Location: Hybrid – San Francisco, Seattle, Denver, LA, San Diego, DC or NYC
Analyze and resolve conflicts of interest for new clients, matters, and lateral hires
Draft and review ethical screens, conflict waivers, and engagement letters
Conduct corporate affiliation and advanced conflicts research
Interpret and summarize conflicts reports for attorneys and professional staff
Support compliance with ABA Model Rules and jurisdiction-specific rules across firm offices
Collaborate with attorneys, conflicts analysts, and firm leadership on risk management issues
Assist with outside counsel guideline review and client engagement terms program

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with IntApp Open and iManage a plus
