THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY
Lead litigation support for complex, high-stakes matters from intake through trial
Manage discovery, e-filings, cite-checking, and trial logistics
Coordinate across attorneys, vendors, courts, and agencies
Mentor junior paralegals and oversee support staff
Draft and review legal documents; conduct supervised legal research
Develop systems for case organization and documentation

BACKGROUND PROFILE
5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in AmLaw 100 or boutique litigation firm
Extensive trial, arbitration, and hearing experience
Skilled in Relativity, Nuix Discover, LiveNote, CaseMap, and MS Office
Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate preferred
Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed
Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold firm standards
