Title: Business Development Specialist, Litigation
Industry: Legal Services, AM Law 50
Location: San Francisco, CA
Office Policy: Hybrid (3x a week)
Create reports to leverage client relationship building, pitch and proposal efforts, client meetings, business trips, and content engagement.
Contribute to drafting new business proposals, client presentations, and responses to RFPs.
Track client development activities and results in the firm-wide CRM system.
Maintain and leverage relevant experience for proposals, directory/award submissions, and website updates.
Collaborate with events team to produce client events, including logistics, communications, on-the-ground support, and post-event reporting.
Lead budget input and reporting for assigned groups.
Collaborate with content team to draft and develop group marketing materials, including website content, newsletters, brochures, and other external communications.
Analyze and report on content engagement data to identify leads from content and marketing campaigns.
Coordinate marketing initiatives across practice groups to enhance visibility and support business objectives.
Participate in cross-functional projects that advance the firm’s strategic marketing and business development goals.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in professional services marketing; prior law firm experience highly desirable.
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Experience contributing to proposals, pitches, marketing materials, and client events.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems preferred.
Enthusiastic about client engagement, business development, and producing measurable results.
