Pricing Analyst

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY

• Develop creative pricing solutions in response to client RFPs and informal pricing requests, including budgets, rate proposals, and alternative fee arrangements

• Conduct data analysis and financial modeling to evaluate pricing performance and profitability

• Draft clear, persuasive written pricing proposal language for client presentations and submissions

• Support attorneys and firm leadership in client rate negotiations and strategic pricing discussions

• Contribute to firmwide strategic pricing initiatives and help implement best practices

BACKGROUND PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related business field

• 2–3+ years of professional experience, ideally in financial or data analysis

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; SQL experience a plus

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills

• Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex data for non-financial stakeholders
