Audit Response Coordinator

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY
- Manage audit letter requests, ensuring compliance with ABA guidelines and firm policies.
- Review incoming requests, conduct polls with attorneys, and compile documentation to support audit letter responses.
- Draft and update audit letter responses for year-end and update letters, coordinating with responsible attorneys and the Audit Letter Committee.
- Collaborate with the Audit Letter Committee on annual training and updates to response policies and procedures.
- Coordinate timely delivery of responses to auditors and ensure accurate time entry and review.

BACKGROUND PROFILE
- 3+ years of direct experience with audit letters, including receiving, responding to, and tracking requests.
- Bachelor’s Degree; experience as a legal secretary, paralegal, or in a conflicts/information services role within a law firm setting.
