Legal Assistant

Provide high-level administrative and secretarial legal support to attorneys.
Coordinate and maintain effective office procedures and workflow, ensuring compliance with firm policies.
Manage scheduling and travel arrangements, including court appearances, depositions, client meetings, conference calls, and business itineraries; process travel reimbursements and maintain calendars and due dates.
Organize and coordinate the flow of information, including incoming mail and documents, routing, required signatures, and follow-ups.
Draft, type, and edit correspondence, legal documents, memos, reports, and communications; ensure accuracy, clarity, and timely dispatch.
Support lawyers by managing workflow, delegating projects, and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of two years of prior legal experience, with litigation experience required.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, manage deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
Experience with iManage, MS Office, InTapp and InTapp Time, 3E, and Chrome River.
