Pre-Litigation Paralegal – Personal Injury

Location: Hybrid – New York, NY (4 days/week in-office)
Own the end-to-end management of personal injury pre-litigation matters, including client intake, claims, medical records, case files, client communication, and drafting demand letters
Partner with attorneys to keep them informed and ensure alignment on case progress
Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to provide feedback and influence product development
Help shape and refine processes within a fast-paced, early-stage environment
