The Role You Will Play

  • Assist with company formations and venture capital financings for private companies

  • Provide support on mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and other securities offerings

  • Support limited and general partnerships

  • Assist private and public company clients with stock incentive program administration

  • Support compliance with state and federal securities laws

  • Draft, organize, and maintain corporate and securities documentation

Background Profile

  • BS/BA degree required

  • Experience as a paralegal in securities and/or general corporate law

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
