Assist with company formations and venture capital financings for private companies
Provide support on mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and other securities offerings
Support limited and general partnerships
Assist private and public company clients with stock incentive program administration
Support compliance with state and federal securities laws
Draft, organize, and maintain corporate and securities documentation
