Conflicts Analyst

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY
Review, analyze, and resolve conflicts related to new client matters and lateral hires
Conduct corporate and legal research to confirm party identities and uncover potential risks
Generate and interpret conflicts reports; draft summaries for attorneys and professional staff
Draft and maintain conflict waivers, engagement letters, and ethical screens
Advise attorneys on conflict resolution strategies and risk management practices
Maintain clear documentation and resolution notes for all requests
Support firm-wide compliance initiatives and provide conflicts training as needed

BACKGROUND PROFILE
2+ years of relevant experience in a law firm, legal department, or conflicts team
Knowledge of ABA and California Rules of Professional Conduct
Proficient in IntApp Open, Microsoft Office; iManage and Contract Express experience a plus
Bachelor’s degree required
Strong legal research, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to manage time-sensitive requests with professionalism and discretion
