THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY
- Process and analyze intake requests for potential, existing, and former clients.
- Review data quality issues, including inconsistencies, errors, and gaps, and address changes that impact conflict analysis.
- Communicate with attorneys, assistants, and other stakeholders to resolve intake issues and implement risk management procedures.
- Prepare and present key documentation for approval.
- Identify and facilitate special approvals for unique matters.
- Accurately document processes, approvals, and requirements for downstream processing.
- Update client and matter master data within applicable systems while adhering to policies and technical requirements.
- Monitor the Business Intake support mailbox to assist users with intake questions or status updates.

BACKGROUND PROFILE
- 3+ years of experience in legal intake, conflicts of interest, document review, or corporate law practice.
- Familiarity with ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct and California State Bar Rules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, iManage, and other legal applications (training provided upon hire).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Prior experience as a paralegal, intake coordinator, or conflicts analyst.
