Our client is a leading international law firm known for its sophisticated regulatory, litigation, investigations, and corporate work. This opening is within the firm's Paralegal Department, supporting litigation matters under the supervision of associates and paralegals.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

This is an on-site position based in the firm's Los Angeles or San Francisco office. The base salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000/year. As a non-exempt role, the position is eligible for overtime pay. The firm also offers a comprehensive benefits package.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support document reviews and productions, including indexing, Bates labeling, and quality checking
• Organize and maintain case files, file indexes, and binders (document, witness preparation, and topic) so materials are easily accessible to attorneys
• Retrieve dockets and pleadings from courts and agencies, and assist with preparing exhibits, filings, and trial materials
• Search document review databases and deposition transcripts, and prepare deposition summaries
• Conduct research using Lexis and Westlaw and assist with cite-checking projects
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion with sensitive client and firm information

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor's degree; prior law firm experience or a paralegal certificate a plus, but not required
• Strong service orientation and excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Availability for travel and overtime as needed
