Business Process Analyst, Business Intake & Conflicts

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and address business challenges through creative solutions.
- Serve as a liaison between the Business Intake and Conflicts business unit, technology teams, and other business support teams.
- Manage business process documentation, including business requirements, training materials, and project notes.
- Administer and maintain BIC applications and systems in coordination with the firm’s IT department.
- Oversee software upgrades and manage system integrations.
- Build and edit workflows, forms, and notifications within IntApp Open, ensuring system functionality and performance.
- Source, analyze, and report on data to support department initiatives, providing insights and recommendations.

BACKGROUND PROFILE
- 3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis or project management, ideally within the legal or corporate environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with iManage and firm applications.
- Knowledge of conflicts intake, workflow tools, and security database technology.
- Experience with IntApp OPEN and Microsoft SQL is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
