Business Development Manager, ESG

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY
- Partner with senior attorneys and practice leaders to design and track strategic business plans aligned with firm objectives.
- Administer marketing and business development (BD) budgets for assigned groups.
- Drive business development efforts across ESG, Energy, Environmental, Business and Human Rights, and Advertising & Consumer Protection Investigations practices.
- Identify and pursue client and prospect engagement opportunities.
- Develop and customize pitch materials and manage responses to RFPs.
- Utilize market insights to assist attorneys with client presentations and growth strategies.
- Provide oversight and support for regulatory BD specialists to meet firm goals.

BACKGROUND PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
- 6+ years of experience in professional services marketing or BD, with a preference for law firm experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Previous experience managing direct reports.
