Business Development Manager, Antitrust & International Arbitration

Location: New York City (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 remote)
THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY
- Drive business development and marketing strategy for the firm’s Antitrust & Competition and International Arbitration practices.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Manage business plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with firm goals and priorities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-practice collaboration.
- Develop and refine client pitch materials, RFP responses, and marketing collateral.
- Leverage market research tools to analyze industry trends and support client engagement strategies.
- Coordinate with Client Relationship Managers to enhance key client relationships.
- Support thought leadership, sponsorships, speaking opportunities, and rankings submissions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to BD Specialists, ensuring strong execution of initiatives.

BACKGROUND PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or marketing within a law firm or professional services setting.
- Background supporting litigation and/or transactional practice groups.
- Strong project management, strategic planning, and communication skills.
