THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY
- Collaborate with practice group leaders to manage associate staffing, ensuring equitable work distribution and alignment with associates’ professional development goals.
- Track and analyze associate metrics such as utilization rates, coordinating with practice leaders.
- Support the associate performance review process
- Coordinate with the Legal Talent team to align staffing needs with hiring efforts and facilitate onboarding and integration processes.
- Act as a liaison between practice groups and other teams to enhance training.
- Work closely with the Diversity and Inclusion and HR teams to champion an inclusive culture and wellness programs.

BACKGROUND PROFILE
• Required: 5+ years of experience in staffing or work allocation within a large law firm or professional services environment; or 5+ years of combined experience in law firm professional development and law practice, with senior candidates having 7+ years in applicable roles.
• Preferred: JD degree; expertise in talent management, career coaching, and professional development in a law firm setting.
