Prospect and engage with law firms, biotech companies, and corporate legal departments
Build long-term client relationships by understanding hiring needs and offering tailored solutions
Pitch and negotiate ABA recruitment services
Partner with recruiters to ensure successful delivery of candidates
Manage your sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue goals
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in staffing/recruiting or professional services
Knowledge of or interest in the legal or life sciences sectors
Proven ability to generate leads, close new business, and build trusted partnerships
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and drive to build your own book of business
