THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
  • You will have the chance to serve as a key resource for non-attorney employees
  • You will assist with administering  human resources and benefits, facilities management, coordination with the firm’ s IT consultant, client development operations
  • You will be responsible for managing certain day-to-day operations of the firm
  • You will prepare the firm’ s budget and client billing

 

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
  • Expert with technology issues and organizational skills
  • 3+ years of experience in law firm office management and human resource experience
  • Exposure to leading and supervising in a small firm office
  • Bachelor’ s degree
