Due to growth at  the company, we have an opening for an Office Manager with an emphasis on HR Operations. As Office Manager at ABA Search, you will do more than just play a critical support role for the entire organization. This role will act as a helpful resource and point of contact to solve logistical and operational challenges. 

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY
  • Support the President in daily management of ABA recruitment processes
  • Conduct new employee benefits orientation and onboarding documents
  • Maintain all HR files to ensure company remains compliant and all employees are notified of changes
  • Assist with weekly payroll for contractors on assignment
  • Manage internal and external requests from clients and candidates
  • Update employee handbook and various internal forms, as needed
  • Participate in people team projects as needed
  • Manage all marketing needs and collaborate with external vendors 
  • Special projects centered around helping company grow

BACKGROUND PROFILE
  • Bachelor' s degree
  • 3 plus years of operations or administrative experience; HR experience a plus
  • Excellent people skills: high degree of empathy and great communication
  • Outstanding  organizational abilities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of accounting or payroll systems
  • Proactive, self-starter mentality with an interest in constant improvement
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and work ethic
  • Team player
