  • This is an opportunity to work with a number of attorneys who are seeking support during their assigned secretary’ s absence. You will handle the overflow of work from the secretarial center
  • You will have the chance to file documents with the court
  • You will prepare documents for attorneys
  • You will be responsible for secretarial tasks such as processing mail, maintaining calendars and files as well as arranging conference rooms and meals
  • You will coordinate financial functions – entering daily timesheets and preparing expense requests

  • Time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • 1 + years of experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant
  • Knowledge of legal terminology, legal documents and legal processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, document management and other database software
  • Bachelor’ s degree preferred
