THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

·       This is an opportunity to provide legal and administrative assistance to the firm’ s attorneys and staff

·       You will review and edit legal correspondence and process expense reports, process conflict checks, and new client forms

·       You will manage calendars and travel arrangements and prioritize workload to help achieve firm and client goals
 

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

·       Bachelor’ s Degree preferred and 2+ years’ legal secretary experience in corporate practice

·       Strong communications, customer service skills, and organization abilities

·       Confidence in abilities to work efficiently in an environment that is both fast-paced and lively
