  • This is an opportunity to negotiate, draft and finalize a variety of agreements
  • You will work with in-house clients as well as outside vendors relating to agreements that require legal support
  • You will handle multiple contract negotiations simultaneously
  • You will work in a team environment with their Corporate Legal Group

  • Expertise in contracting concepts
  • 4 + years of experience – preferably in the bio-tech or technology industry
  • Strong skills in internal and external negotiations, organization and communication
  • Proficient in MS office and document comparison programs
  • Bachelor’ s Degree preferred
